Compassionate Psychotherapy
The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself. You are worth re-discovering!
Come to Still Waters to find the peace and refreshment you long for!
CHRONIC & SERIOUS ILLNESS, MEDICAL TRAUMA
Maybe you feel unsafe in your own body, invisible to the world around you and left behind by those you love. In our work together, we will explore these painful losses in a way that restores your safety and self-connection.
CAREGIVER DISTRESS, GRIEF & LOSS
You may not even know who you are anymore, outside of being a caregiver. You carry the heavy weight of guilt, shame, and despair related to a death or non-death loss. You aren’t meant to carry it alone! In our work, we find ways to incorporate those losses into life in a meaningful and sustainable way.
MOOD INSTABILITY, ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
You have been told you are "not enough" or "too much." You are wrestling with your own identity as it has been lost in the expectations of others. You feel stuck and overwhelmed. Together, we will slow down, reflect, and examine pervasive patterns and reframe messages that may no longer be serving you.
What’s Included

We offer psychotherapy sessions to individuals over the age of 17. Each session is 50 minutes long, during which we will further examine patterns that have not been serving you and find lasting solutions. We approach our time together with compassion and curiosity, recognizing that you are the expert on you.

We use multiple research-proven therapeutic techniques to build upon your strengths and integrate sustainable coping strategies. Some techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

How It Works

Let’s start with a free consultation call to learn more about each other and outline a plan to achieve your goals!
From there, we will develop a tailored treatment plan to meet your needs. Throughout our time together, we will frequently revisit this to ensure it is still in alignment with your goals.
